Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped to selected regions within the European Union. If your region is not available, please contact us at info@nenachai.com.

Shipping is done using DPD. Items are shipped to your home address.

Orders shipped within Portugal and Spain shall take between 1-3 working days. Orders shipped to other regions may take between 3-10 working days. Orders are prepared and shipped as soon possible. If a product is out of stock, it may take up to a week for it to be available.

Shipping costs between €6 and €20, or is free, depending on the quantity. The full price is given after ordering via Instagram, before payment.
