This website is operated by Nena Chai. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nena Chai. By visiting our site and/or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We really make an effort to have the weight of the products we sell be as accurate as possible. In the case of the chai powder or any other products we create, we try to add slightly more than the advertised weight. However, weights displayed in the website are approximate. If you receive a product that weighs under what was advertised, you can contact us at info@nenachai.com.

Prices and orders

The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person or per order.

Orders are placed by message on Instagram. An order is confirmed once we have sent you the total including shipping and received your payment by MB WAY or bank transfer.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
